Message from Sherig Lyonpo on Teacher’s Day
12” of March 2022, marks another historic moment that highlights the resilience, solidarity and cooperation of the Bhutanese People.
As the students complete their classes X and XII exams, we congratulate each one of you for being brave and consistent in fulfilling your goal of completing the exams successfully amid the fear of COVID-19 spread and infection. You give us hope that our future is stable! My only advice to you now, is that, you must handle the approaching days with as much wisdom and discipline as you have done in the past.
Once again, on behalf of the Ministry, I would like to take this opportunity to offer our most Sincere Gratitude, and the Highest of Admiration to His Majesty the King for his continuous Guidance, Love, Care and Concern bestowed upon us. For what His Majesty has done, we cannot express in words, and so, can only offer our commitment to work harder and better for our country.
The Ministry remains ever grateful to the Honorable Prime Minister for his constant Guidance and Support, his Concern and Care. In addition, the National COVID Task Force, His Majesty’s Secretariat, Thomdeys, and other Agencies played a pivotal role in bringing the whole endeavor to its present success, and to all of you, we remain ever grateful.
