As a part of the Skills Development Program, the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) is pleased to announce the availability of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) training at Paro College of Education, Paro funded under MoESD as detailed below:

Only interested registered job seekers/youths, laid-offs who have a minimum qualification of Class XII & above can apply using the link given above. The last date of application is 14 February 2024.
The short course in ECCD aims to address the need to prepare knowledgeable, skilled, and competent ECCD facilitators capable of providing care, early stimulation, and learning opportunities in different ECCD programmes and services in the country. Specifically, the program will address the need for qualified and professionally trained facilitators in the ECCD sector.
In addition, after the completion of the course, all individuals are required to attend the Basic Entrepreneurship Course which will be conducted for 2 weeks.
The selected participants shall be notified within 2 working days from the last date of application via phone/email along with the required documents and items to bring. The selection shall be based on a FIRST-COME-FIRST basis and upon fulfilling the criteria specified above. Application without the mark sheet of Class XII & above will be invalid.
Available accommodation for 40 students (30 female & 10 male) only and the next 10 candidates will have to take up day scholar slot. Stipend of Nu. 3500 per month will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
