The Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development (DWPSD) is pleased to inform that the TVET Employer Survey 2023 is now uploaded on the publication section of our website.
The survey was conducted between October and December 2023. The report contains insights from employers employing people with TVET qualifications and those who are not. The report provides information on employers’ assessments on the performance of TVET graduates, TVET occupations of regular hire, hard-to-fill jobs, soft skills in demand, areas of TVET partnership, and more.
The Department would like to thank all the 595 employers/establishments for taking your time and providing your honest feedback through the survey. The department hopes for similar kind of enthusiasm in the future as well.
