UNESCO Partners at the National Level

 UNESCO Clubs:

  • The Member States are encouraged to establish “Clubs of Friends of UNESO”. We have UNESCO Clubs instituted in Schools, who are our partners in the field.
     
  • UNESCO Clubs are groups of people of all ages and social and professional backgrounds.
     
  • Who Share UNESCO’s ideals, endeavour to make it known and associate themselves with it.
     
  • Who work by undertaking activities directly inspired by those of UNESCO.

 UNESCO Associated Schools (ASPnet)

 Founded in 1953, UNESCO Associated Schools Project Network (ASPnet) commonly referred to as UNESCO Associated Schools, is a global network of some 8500 educational institutions in 177 countries (ranging from pre-schools and primary to secondary schools and teacher training institutions), who work in support of quality education in practice.

Schools wishing to establish UNESCO Clubs or ASPnet should contact the National Commission for procedural assistance.
